Experimental and behavioral research has been identified as one priority of the ESSEC Research Strategy. Not only the experimental methodology can open new research paths in all fields of management, it can also contribute to develop transdisciplinary research with application to business administration.

The Experimental and Behavioral Research Lab of Essec is a component of the ESSEC Datalab facility. The Lab allows to implement standard controlled experiments with human subjects. The new premises of the Lab, at international standards, were open in 2015.

ESSEC Faculty use these data to carry out research in economics, marketing, management, operations management, behavioral law and finance.

The group of experimental and behavioral researchers at ESSEC is organizing a monthly Workshop, open to all persons interested in this method.
